The client had the objective of long-term care planning. Their experience in the Long-Term Care Insurance market has enhanced their depth of understanding of this market.
The challenges
Not associated from scratch
We were not associated with them from scratch; therefore, it took a lot of work for our technical architects to understand the code structure from the existing team.
Do a lot of research
Our development team had to do in-depth research and development to get transparency on the existing code structure and how the component insight structures were displayed.
Had to enhance structure
With a custom library already set up, we had to enhance the existing structure, making it more compatible and user-friendly. We had to devote maximum time as it was a custom structure.
Frequent modifications
We noticed the custom library inside stored within folder & therefore we had to make necessary modification. Creating the new library took time for us.

We had to follow the existing structure and create a new library. At the same time, the latest packages were implemented, aligning with the current system.
Adopting Enhanced Measures
Since we were challenged to enhance the existing structure, we ensured we adopted the necessary measures like upgrading the code structure.

We followed the respective code structure of the client and resolved it.

We made a modification to the existing structure. We employed agile development methodologies to facilitate iterative feedback and regular client communication.
Extensive testing
We conducted extensive testing to ensure the website's compatibility across multiple devices.
Impact & Results
The project is still with us, continuing with a few implementations.
So far, the tasks done from our end have been successful, and we are trying to keep up with future requirements.
